In this video I teach you how to make one of our recipes- Pumpkin Coco-Carrot Muffins. My kids and I created this recipe and it's a favorite snack in our home!

The recipe has pumpkin, coconut products and carrots in them as well as some spices and a soft and moist texture.

This is a great real food recipe that is great to help involve your kids in the kitchen. I try to let my kids help me with any baking I do and and with some easy cooking recipes as well. They learn about ingredients, how to combine them in bowls and in our case how one seed turns into food we can harvest and make delicious meals with.

In this recipe I use homemade organic roasted pumpkin puree from pumpkins we grew in our garden this year. I also use one duck egg from our free-ranging ducks. It is very gratifying to raise or grow your own food and I'm thankful I can give my kids this farming lifestyle. We love to share our experiences with you and hope that our lifestyle will encourage you to grow/raise your own food as well!
